OUR HISTORY
Odessa Country Club is a private member-owned, full-service country club in Odessa, Texas. An oasis in the desert, OCC offers our members a chance to escape from the West Texas mesquite and busy economy to a place where our members come first. We are a family club, where everyone feels at home and will make memories that last a lifetime. Our culture, traditions, and amenities reflect the spirit of West Texas and our deep roots.
Humble Beginnings
“The Odessa Country Club is the outgrowth of the far-seeing vision of a small group of 15 men… These men could see beyond an oil boom to a city of homes where people would work and would appreciate a suitable place to enjoy leisure time. That theirs was not a visionary dream is demonstrated by the substantial growth of Odessa since that meeting some three or four years ago.”

A beautiful, rambling ranch style club house that fits in perfectly with the surroundings was opened in June 1939.

Looking Forward
Odessa Country Club has experienced significant transformation since moving to its current clubhouse in 2006. The completion of the state-of-the-art indoor tennis facility in early 2024 marks a major milestone in enhancing our members' experience and expanding our offerings.
With an eye toward the future, we are excited about the vision for further development and enrichment at the Club, ensuring that Odessa Country Club remains a premier destination for recreation in West Texas.
